Exchange and Return

If you are not satisfied with our products, you can return your order within 7 days.

After installation / use, we will not take it back. 

Video and photo evidence are needed before a return can be approved.

If, after installation, the product turns out not to work as it should, we will do our best to solve the problem. If that is not possible, we will take the item back. (We reserve the right to charge a fee, if we deem it necessary to cover costs).

Products must be returned in their original condition and provided with tags and labels. The products must not contain any traces of use. We reserve the right to refuse returned items, if it is suspected that the items are damaged, or incomplete through no fault of our own.

Once a return/ exchange has been approved, a return order must be provided with a Track & Trace code. The sender is always responsible for shipping. The item must arrive back to address provided, before we ship the replacement.

If we have received your returned items, the purchase amount, minus fees, will be refunded to your account within 3-5 working days.
