Finance Amount: Up to £2,000
Repayment Term: 3 months

By entering into this finance agreement, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:
1. Ownership and Title
Legal ownership of the vehicle, product, or service, shall remain with the Seller/Lender until the total finance amount, including any agreed fees or charges, has been paid in full. The Customer holds possession only and does not obtain ownership rights until full settlement.
2. Payment Obligation
The Customer agrees to repay the total financed amount within the agreed period of three (3) months from the date of this agreement, in accordance with the payment schedule provided.
3. Default
If the Customer fails to make full payment within the agreed 3-month period, or otherwise breaches this agreement, the account shall be deemed in default.
4. Right to Repossession
In the event of default, the Seller/Lender reserves the immediate and irrevocable right to repossess the vehicle or product without further notice, subject to applicable law.
The Customer agrees to cooperate fully with repossession and grants permission for the Seller/Lender or their authorised agents to recover the goods from any location where they are reasonably believed to be kept.
5. No Obstruction
The Customer must not sell, transfer, hide, damage, or otherwise dispose of the vehicle or product prior to full payment. Any attempt to do so may result in legal action.
6. Costs and Losses
Any costs incurred as a result of default, including but not limited to repossession costs, recovery fees, storage fees, legal fees, or loss in value, may be charged to the Customer where permitted by law.
7. Outstanding Balance After Repossession
Repossession of the vehicle or product does not automatically extinguish the debt. If the value of the repossessed item does not cover the outstanding balance, the Customer remains liable for the shortfall.
8. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Acceptance of Terms

By proceeding with and completing this purchase, the Customer expressly acknowledges, confirms, and agrees that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms and conditions of this agreement in their entirety, including (without limitation) the finance terms, payment obligations, default provisions, and repossession rights.

The Customer further agrees that completion of the purchase constitutes full and legally binding acceptance of this agreement, whether executed electronically, verbally, or by conduct, and that this agreement shall be legally enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by the laws of England and Wales.
